Sturdy product and gets some good cracks out of you. The wife used to curl over the sofa trying to get at the lingering issue to her back, but get her on this and her back releases it all.
This is a simple solution to help stretching out the muscles in your tired back. Has three height adjustments, also has a strap to attach it to a chair back. The instructions were not very clear as to which end should be based at the spine, none the less useful item.
Don’t underestimate how effective the lower settings are and don’t rush to the top. My mid back has been seized up for over a year and this helps me free it up between meetings at my desk (which is what caused the issue). I’m using the high setting now after a year of being a board so it definitely works and the satisfaction of the little pops and cracks as my back slowly releases is great

It’s definitely stiff when attempting to adjust the bend. But have got used to that. I really like this as it feels comfortable and relives nagging pain
Works well on mid back, which is what I needed it for after years of desk based work and poor posture. I was struggling to get out of bed every morning and this thing really helped me out. I use level 2/3, place it on the floor and stretch for around 5 mins. After a few uses, along with some other changes i’m really feeling the difference as I am no longer in pain. I wouldn’t bother for lower back or neck as it doesn’t do anything for those areas.

Works much better for me than a foam roller. It’s cheap so I’m not too worried about replacing it every couple of months. The plastic does tear after a short while but the effectiveness is worth the reinvestment to get a new one.
