I kept waking up with headaches which were originating in my neck. My cervical spine felt stiff and so after reading reviews I decided to buy this pillow. I must admit I was a little dubious. The shape looked odd and I'm usually very, very fussy about my pillow. After the first night my morning headache had vanished and after three nights my neck feels so much better. I'm singing it's praises to everyone that tells me they've slept badly!

Comfortable although a little lower than I expected. It takes a little bit of time to adjust to, especially if you need to turn over but the pillow is generally comfortable. Has slightly eased my neck problems but has not totally eradicated them.

I have literally tried so many pillows and spent so much money on them. I have fibromyalgia and nerve root compression issue in my neck.
