The seat of the kneeling chair is tilted at a 120° angle instead of the usual flat 90° you’re used to. This open angle pushes your hips forward and places you in an upright seated posture. Your core will engage and most of the pressure will be taken off your lower back.

Only been using my chair for a couple of days. I have it in the office and the longest session so far is around 3- 4 hours. It looks great - 5/5 I do have lower back problems so want to give it more time but generally feels comfortable. 4/5 so far Initially wasn't convinced on the rocking and whether that was affecting using the laptop and typing. Getting used to it though and think I will grow to like it. 4/5

Great for my back, but took some getting used to! My last chair had wheels and miss that but otherwise would highly recommend.

I work from home on a computer for 4 hours a day. I have had back problems for years and sitting for more than an hour or so really aggravates my symptoms. The kneeling stool has been most helpful as i now work utilising a different posture . The ability to rock on the stool also helps me keep moving and is strengthening my core. It will take a few weeks for my shins to get used to the posture but well worth a little discomfort for the benefits I have gained. A lovely well made and stylish product.
