I like the side sleeper pillow. Im 68 and Im a keen body biulder. The pillow helps to give me more room to keep my weight off my shoulders..I can sleeper better.

Bye bye Neck Pain I really really like this pillow. The fabric stays cool throughout the night. It has great support for my neck and head. Totally fixed my neck after one or two nights. Wake up to a freed up upper shoulder feeling, too. And any niggling lower back twinges are gone. My clicky jaw, none of that anymore. Everything feels aligned. Should have bought one of these decades ago. It's amazing.

I had suffered from a sore neck and shoulder for months ..i saw this pillow advertised on Facebook and decided to purchase one..Its the best buy I've made ! Having long term neck and shoulder pain I have struggled to find a pillow that supports both sufficiently for a decent length of time. This pillow is great, it supports both shoulder and neck and it is the most comfortable I have felt for years. I am sleeping without pain or discomfort and highly recommend this pillow.
