First look was, ohhh I like that..set it all out, hight adjustment etc and then turned it on. Man, the beeping was loud. It started slowly, as it should. Worked out which speed needed then gave it a try. Within 30 minutes on a slow medium speed, not quiet a fast walk, I was sweating. Which was the aim. I kept it on this speed 3.5 each time at 30 mins, then 40 mins and so on and my word you do get a really good workout.
