My treadmill arrived in good condition although I was thrown by the fact the box stated I had been sent a 2 in 1 walking pad and not a 4 in 1 walking pad that I purchased. I contacted customer service who told me I had received the correct model despite what it said on the website. To be honest it looked exactly the same. I also queried the handrails. Although the picture shows one handrail support as per the picture I wondered if there should have been additional side support handrails, particularly the brochure received shows a diagram pointing to the holes on the side and saying “handrails”. I was assured that they were not included and could not be purchased seperately. I have given the walking pad a 4 as I think the advertisement is slightly misleading. Overall I am happy with my purchase. It is well built, sturdy and feels like it will last a long time. Customer Services respond swiftly to enquiries also. I feel it will earn its value during the winter when walking outside is restricted and help me maintain my steps.

Arrived very quickly. No assembling. Ready to go out of the box. Not used to anything like this before but have found it really easy to get used to it. My only slight gripe as I’m “old school”, it’s all In kilometres, would be good for option to change to miles.
I use this when the weather is rubbish or I just can't be bothered to go to the gym. Compact and easy to slide away when not needed. For serious treadmill users this isn't for you - there's no incline and anything faster than a brisk walk tends to make the tread slip. But for getting your steps in while watching telly it's ace! Note: the handrail can be up or down while you walk but either way - and this isn't mentioned in the instructions - the walking pad only operates when the magnetic disc is attached.

A very good experience using it now for just under a month. The machine is noisy when in use and heavy to transport between rooms. But nonetheless compact and sturdy both for walking and running. A steal for the price!
The installation wasn’t quite straightforward as not everything was on the pictures or explained in the handbook, but we worked it out. I’m finding it difficult to get into a routine with it but it’s early days. It’s certainly nice and easy to use, almost silent and it’s footprint isn’t too obtrusive.

Arrived quickly, well packaged. Had a small problem with a fault code on emergency stop button, quickly solved. Customer services are quick off the mark and very helpful. This is a very quiet machine which is great as I have an upstairs neighbour. Love the fact its compact enough to fit under my bed if I'm not using it for a couple of days or need the floor space for something else.
Although this is heavier than I expected I can move it easily due to the little wheels. I downloaded the app and there are lots of different walks to use. I brought this as I sit daily at a desk so it makes it easy to use during my lunch break. I set it up every morning, use it in my break and again early evening. I'm really pleased with my walking pad.

I am so happy with this purchase. My husband bought it for me as I’m disabled and he thought it would be great to help me get walking again. It’s has been such great fun. I can hold onto the bar and walk around half a kilometre building each day. The handle makes me feel safe and enabled.
This is a great walking pad. I have it set up in the living room so I can walk whilst watching tv. It is so quiet when your are using it. You wouldn't known it was on.
